Team Rakshak is a professional unit of AKM Security and Manpower Services, a trusted and experienced service provider specialising in gunmen security, security guard services, housekeeping and comprehensive manpower solutions. Our mission is to deliver reliable, modern and effective security services that protect people, assets and institutions.

Our team comprises highly trained ex-servicemen from the Indian Army, supported by strong technical expertise and deep operational knowledge of the security domain. By combining discipline, experience and technology, we provide dependable solutions tailored to today’s evolving security needs.
Our service portfolio focuses on providing well-trained and smartly attired personnel across multiple sectors, including personal protection, industrial units, logistics hubs, hotels, colleges, schools, office complexes, malls, hospitals, showrooms, banks and residential communities. In addition, we offer manpower solutions for housekeeping, facility management, skilled and semi-skilled roles, as well as administrative and office support.

Special care is taken in the selection of every team member. Preference is given to ex-servicemen from the Armed Forces, Paramilitary Forces, Police and trained NCC cadets to ensure the highest standards of discipline, physical fitness and operational readiness. A dedicated team of trainers, supervisors and field officers ensures continuous performance monitoring and quality assurance.

Major General Ajay Mahajan, a retired Army officer, leads Team Rakshak with over 36 years of distinguished service in security and leadership roles. Throughout his career, he has safeguarded lives, protected critical assets and upheld the highest standards of discipline among the men and women he has commanded.
